Hi, I’m Jesse Lucas, the founder of CHITCHAT STUDIOS.

I’ve launched digital conversation products at John Lewis and Lebara. From strategy to delivery, I’ve built technology used millions of times - with measurable impact.

Along the way, I launched THE CHITCHAT blog and podcast, to share best practice. That evolved into CHITCHAT STUDIOS.

I didn’t just want to talk about better conversational products - I wanted to build them. Products that help customers, prove their worth, and deliver results.

CHITCHAT STUDIOS is a product practice built on outcomes, agility and deep expertise. I lead the work hands-on, scaling through a network of trusted partners.
